Design, fabrication, and installation of full-scope architectural metalwork, including interior metal furnishings, structuralelements, and façade treatments. This project marked one of Emesh’s earliest comprehensive packages, featuring a custom-engineered spider glass façade system standout cantilevered ceiling centerpiece originally conceived for the Rocco Forte brand.

The Oyster Ceiling at the Millennium Al Rawdah is an architectural marvel, primarily due to its cantilever design. Held within the 11-storey glass atrium at one end of the hotel, a ‘sky bar’ sits atop the Oyster which is suspended at mid-height on the sixth floor. Executed with meticulous attention to material junctions and load paths, the project set the tone for Emesh’s integrated delivery model. Every finish was detailed to precision, with final elements assembled on-site to maintain architectural clarity and design intent.
